That’s because, you can now download the customized Dell ISO directly from the Dell Web Site. Traditionally speaking, when installing ESXi, you want to use your specific server vendor customized ISO as it contains the most up-to-date drives for their servers but if you browse to the download section of vSphere 6.71 U1 (the ESXi part of it), you won’t be able to see the Dell ISO there I also wrote a post about some enhancement to it’s Round Robin policy here
